Ms. Nancy

by Nancy
(Minneapolis MN)

I have struggled with Nicotine gum addiction - at its worst chewing 2 pieces of 4mg gum at a time - some days up to 80-100mg total. I switched to the patch - and have been weaning down for about 8 weeks. Now wearing a 14mg patch. The main issue I am having is difficulty concentrating and memory issues.. I am not able to think of words when I need them. I am struggling to keep my act together. Not feeling depressed or anxious. Can I assume this is related to the drastic decrease in Nicotine?
