I was surprised and relieved when I thought that there were free nicotine patches to help smokers quit. I have been wanting to quit for a long time. I actually did quit by myself in 1997 but that was easier I guess because I had,found out i was pregnant. I was a non smoker for at least 8 years and didn't miss it a bit. Then I started smoking again like an idiot when I realized my husband was secretly smoking. I did it,because I,was mad and assumed that I would be able,to,quit by myself again. I was wrong. Why is there no help,for,people like me in CA?
